The 2024 Annual HOA was held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, February 13th at 4770 Chadwick St, and the meeting minutes have been posted (login required).
All Delaware Place residents can register for free to access the members only sections including the online resident directory. You do not need to register to pay dues (just click Pay Dues button up above).
We appreciate your continued support as the dues are used to pay for the front entrance garden, water, electricity, Halloween police and holiday decorations. We now how the ability to accept online dues payments using a credit card. You do NOT have to register on the website to pay dues. Please click on the Pay Dues button to begin. Driver Courtesy at the Front Entrance
A resident has asked that we please be so kind as to be patient at the front entrance when leaving the subdivision. Sometimes a second car will pull up next to a car in front which blocks the view and makes it difficult to pull into the intersection. Another option is to exit on Thomas Road at the protected light. Thank you!
